Six pillars for stronger schools, stronger students, and a stronger Martin County.
Strong schools begin with strong teachers. We must ensure our educators receive the competitive compensation, classroom resources, and administrative support they deserve to inspire the next generation. After 27 years in the classroom and library, Milly understands firsthand that when teachers feel respected and supported, students thrive.
When we invest in teachers, we invest in students. And when students succeed, our entire community prospers.
Our schools should not be driven by political agendas — they should be guided by what works for students. Milly is committed to restoring respectful, non-partisan leadership to the School Board, grounded in data, policy, and measurable performance — not division.
Public education belongs to the community — not to political parties.
Every student deserves a clear path to success — whether that leads to college, technical certification, or a high-demand career within our community. We must prioritize strong core academic standards while expanding meaningful vocational and career training opportunities.
Success looks different for every student — and our schools must be prepared to support every pathway.
Every dollar invested in our schools should directly benefit students and classrooms. Our community works hard for its tax dollars. As a School Board member, Milly will ensure those resources are spent efficiently, transparently, and with measurable impact on student success.
Strong financial stewardship builds strong schools — and strong schools build strong communities.
Parents are a child's first and most important teachers. Our schools must honor and strengthen that partnership through transparency, safety, and mutual respect.
When parents are empowered and educators are respected, students thrive.
Students cannot learn if they do not feel safe — physically or emotionally. Milly is committed to ensuring our schools have the necessary safety infrastructure and emotional wellness resources to create a secure, supportive, and nurturing environment where every student can thrive.
Safety is not just about hardware — it's about heart. When students feel secure and supported, they can fully focus on learning and reaching their potential.
